Morning my name Achille SIMO

I’d like to use Jana server2 at home as proxy (with two networks Cards one connected to Internet (by RJ 45 cable) and the other controlling my LAN) between my router and the computers (3) of my LAN but I’m facing configurations problems
1. How to configure Jana in other to recognize the both cards as describe above and to play that rule
2. How to create user accounts
3. How to oblige users to identify themselves before access to Internet
4. How to view users’ traffic
5. How administrate Jana from a remote computer on the LAN
